The E-voting platform is accessible from anywhere in the world, all you need is Internet connection. The service is available to all shareholder categories. Remote authentication to access the platform is provided through the verified Public Services Portal account (ESIA) or using Sber ID.

NSD’s E-voting service is a convenient universal tool for electronic voting, through which shareholders may register themselves for participation in meetings and vote on the designated web site, get access to the meeting agenda and materials, view the web broadcasting of meetings, maintain online communication with the meeting organizer and use other options.

The E-voting system of NSD provides a User
with the opportunity to take part in the general
meeting of holders of securities of an issuer using a
PC/mobile device connected to the Internet.
NSD proposes using the System based on this Agreement for the use of the
E-voting system which represents a contract of adhesion, pursuant
to Article 428 of the Russian Federation Civil Code.
A person who has passed the registration and
authorization procedure in the
System shall be considered to have agreed to the terms and
shall obtain access to the
System (shall become a User). NSD is entitled to change the Agreement.
